A Message for May.
We are scheduled to close on the Waupaca Woods Mall on May 7th. Once we close, the new owner will be looking for retail tenants, with available space up to 20,000sf. We are also closing on 201 S. Walnut Street (Trim B's) by the end of the month.
We have an accepted offer on 1315 Gillingham Road in Neenah and plan to close in early June.
We are currently in lease negotiations with O'Reilly Auto for two more sites in the Fox Valley area. We are working with a local bank to relocate their mortgage group into a larger space of up to 20,000 SF. In early May, I will be taking a group around to visit properties.
We have a proposal out to list a 7-acre parcel on Hwy. 441 in Appleton and a 4000sf Light Industrial building in Waupaca. I hope to have those listings in a couple weeks.
