A Message for March.
We have several Grade A Investment properties on the market, including 5 Dollar Generals (new construction 15-Year corporately-guaranteed leases) and a medical facility in Oshkosh with 2 tenants, each with 10 Year NNN Leases in place.
We closed on a $1,700,000 "bank-owned property" that an investment group purchased and will lease it back to a medical user....total consideration over $4,000,000. We have also successfully represented a Fortune 500 company in obtaining them over 30,000sf of office space to house their disaster recovery location. We are also getting close to announcing a major office user to move to downtown Appleton within the next couple months, taking approximately 20,000sf of office space.
We have several more Dollar Generals in the pipeline that will begin construction in spring of 2010 and on the market early 2nd quarter. More to follow.
